Graphic Design
Based on your objectives and your target market, we will first start with the design of the most important graphic element: your logo. We will evaluate and adapt your existing logo or, if needed, create a new one for you from scratch.
We do logo designs at a cost of only R500. For this price, we design 3 logos, from which you choose the logo which best suits your requirements and idea of company branding.
A well-designed logo will instantly give your audience a positive visual association to your business. It can influence the perceptions of the viewer. It will assure them that they are dealing with a professional without any further communication. Your logo is the entry point from where you attract your audience. Used consistently, it will instil a sense of familiarity and trust in your clients.
When your logo is combined with good business practices, it will become a visual association symbol for positive business qualities such as competence, reliability, and professionalism.
The first and the most obvious thing is that your logo must attract attention and capture your audience - which means it needs to be bold. It has to be unique and memorable, yet please the eye: simple colours and clear, uncluttered designs work in this regard best. Its shape must work as a unit: the image and the text should form a visual synergy and not look like two separate entities. A well-designed logo must also be durable. We usually suggests classic approaches and a logo that reflects your business' character.

We need this logo questionnaire completed and returned to us in order to get a better understanding of your requirements.
Note that there are no changes built into the initial cost for the design of the logos, as this is intended to be a starting point to the project. Therefore if, after initial presentation of the initial 3 logos, you do not like the designs, you may choose to proceed as follows:
" You may opt to tweak / change one or more of the logos presented to you, until you are satisfied with the result. These amendments will be charged at our hourly rate of R180; or
" You may opt to pay another logo design fee of R500 to VinAsh CC and we will again design 3 varying logos, from which you can again select your preference. Before proceeding with this option, we will of course need to know where our initial logos failed to meet your requirements or desired corporate identity

Web Design
The design of your site plays a crucial role - it visually communicates your company to prospective clients. Your website should therefore look professional, distinct and persuading.
Should you be starting out and needing a site, you would need (for example) a .co.za address (eg. www.yourcompany.co.za).
We offer you the option to start off with a basic website that we can upgrade for you at a later stage if needed, meaning that additional components or functionality can easily be added to enhance your website.
We also offer a competitively priced website design and hosting service, aimed purely at small businesses in South Africa and private individuals who do not have large marketing budgets at their disposal.
The site is then designed according to your unique requirements.
From only R300 per year, we host your site, which includes the following services:
" Keeping your site hosted for a year
" Hosting of up to 5 POP3 e-mail addresses (50MB per email account)
" WebMail access to all email accounts
" Fax-to-email service set up on any email address
Design Deliverables consisting of:
" 4 x static pages (example pages follow):
o Home page
o About Us
o Services
o Contact Us
" Each of the above pages to contain descriptive information supplied by the client
" All links within website and to other websites (if required), plus button rollovers
" VinAsh CC can assist with sourcing relevant imagery for the website, if the client is unable to provide
" Basic hit counter - visible in copyright bar
Then these are the usual project phases:
1: Template design (which is sent to the client as a jpg image). This is the designer's depiction of the website and proposal on how the site should look. The template design is based on the colours and look & feel of the logo and content which the client provides. We can also source imagery for the client, which will be based on the type of business of the client. This phase takes about 1.5 weeks to complete. After this, client can suggest changes to the template, which we then do, and send back in jpg format to the client for review.
2: Website design phase will be based on approved template design. This phase takes about 1.5 weeks to complete. This phase includes the design and population of all static pages, as well as all animation designs. At the end of this phase, we load the website to our test server for the client's review. If the site is a straight-forward design without development functionality, then the project ends here.
Only upon written approval, does a site go live.
